They finish at noon and the afternoon session starts at 1pm till 6pm so at around midday there is a lot of coming & going of little kids with mums and teenagers doing what teenagers do. A good time to avoid walking the streets. I see it like crossing the intersections in Tokio and facing a wall of people coming towards you.Best take your chances with the traffic and walk on the road, or better stay home and enjoy a good coffee (cafe) Love to you all.
